Novian is a project management tool built for SMBs and cross functional teams.
Our story
I was a design engineer at a green energy company, managing 10+ active construction builds at any given moment. Site surveys, engineering reviews, permits, and client updates. All happening at once, across different stages, with different teams.
I tried the most popular CRMs and project management tools. None of them were built for the flexibility that construction actually requires. I even designed a custom mockup and brought it to CRM companies asking them to build it. They were not interested. So I built it myself to make my own workday manageable. Novian is the tool I wish had existed.
